CLEVELANDURBANNEWS.COM-Cleveland, Ohio- Though banks, public libraries, the post office, and local, county, state and federal offices are closed on News Year's Day, Jan. 1, 2019, a federal holiday, these venues are open in greater Cleveland and Northeast Ohio on News Year's Eve of Monday, Dec 31, except for the Cuyahoga County Library, and a few other places.
Several restaurants department stores and other stores, including Dillard's and the Dollar General Store, are open New Year's Day.
And Cleveland, a largely Black major American city, will rock all night long on New Year's Eve.
