Candidates for the Democratic nomination for president, including top tier candidates Joe Biden , Sens Elizabeth Warden and Bernie Sanders, and Sens Kamala Harris and Cory Booker, the only Blacks in the 2020 race for president, will take part in the Fourth Democratic debate at Otterbein University in Westerville, Ohio near Columbus, the state capital.

Ohio is a battleground state with no Democrat ever winning the White house without first winning Ohio, and no Republican doing so of remembrance.
