CLEVELAND URBAN NEWS.COM-CLEVELAND, Ohio–On the heels of the second Democratic presidential debate, which was held in Iowa on Saturday night, Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders will join supporters, including former Ohio senator Nina Turner, who will introduce him at a campaign rally at the Wolstein Center at Cleveland State University on Monday, Nov. 16.

Doors open at 6 p.m. and the program starts at 7 p.m. (The address of the CSU Wolstein Center is 2000 Prospect Avenue East in Cleveland).

The event is free and open to the public.

Though an RSVP is not required, Sander's campaign team is asking interested people to go to his official website at  Bernie Sanders for President website to RSVP.

Last week Turner, a popular Cleveland Democrat and former city councilwoman, switched her support from front- runner Hillary Clinton to Sanders, a longtime U.S. senator representing the state of Vermont who has a strong grassroots base.

Turner is expected to help Sanders woo Democrats in Ohio and to play a key role at the national level in his presidential campaign, a rarity for a Black person in American politics. (www.clevelandurbannews.com) / (www.kathywraycolemanonlinenewsblog.com).
