EAST CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Families of three people shot and killed by Cleveland police came together Saturday night, two years after Timothy Russell and Malissa Williams were killed at the end of a high-speed chase and a week after Tamir Rice was killed in a city park.

 

The prayer and vigil, organized by Black on Black Crime and the Imperial Women Coalition, was part cathartic exercise and part anti-police violence rally at the Heritage Middle School parking lot where 13 officers fired 137 shots at Russell and Williams on Nov. 29, 2012.
