Former 30 Rock actor Tracy Morgan (pictured), who rose to fame after eight seasons on Saturday Night Live and co-starred in the 30 Rock comedy series from 2006 to 2013, has reportedly settled a lawsuit for an undisclosed amount with Walmart over a car accident in 2014 that left one man dead and seriously the comedian and another man.

Morgan's press agent released a statement relative to the settlement saying that the actor and other parties to the suit are pleased with the outcome.

The actor, comedian was rushed to the hospital in  critical but  stable condition after the fatal six-car car accident that involved a Walmart truck driver. Morgan was a passenger in a Mercedes Sprinter limousine that was travelling that day on the New Jersey Turnpike. His mentor and friend, Kevin McNair, 63, was killed in the crash.

Morgan, 46, a popular Black comedian who rose from a housing project in Bronx, New York to Hollywood stardom, was returning from a comedy tour performance at the  Dover Downs Hotel & Casino in Dover, Delaware.

Speed was a factor, police have said.

The limousine bus carrying Morgan, McNair and three other comedians, was struck from behind by the driver, which allegedly caused a chain reaction.

Morgan reportedly suffered a broken leg and femur, a broken nose, and several broken ribs.

Morgan has three grown sons by ex wife Sabina Morgan, and  a daughter born in 2013 with model and fiancee Megan Rollover.

CLEVELAND, Ohio- Renowned Civil Rights activist the Rev Al Sharpron, president of the National Action Network, which is headquartered in New York City, will give the keynote address on legal system issues impacting the city of Cleveland and Black America at a community rally in Cleveland at 7:30 pm on Friday, May 29 on Quincy Avenue at Olivet Institutional Baptist Church.

Organizers told Cleveland Urban News.Com, Ohio's leader in Black digital news, that over a thousand people are expected to attend the event.

The upcoming rally comes on the heels of a racist verdict issued on Saturday by Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas Judge John O'Donnell that acquitted White Cleveland police officer Michael Brelo of two counts of manslaughter.

O'Donnell fled the state immediately after his racist verdict, which has culminated in ongoing protests and at least 71 arrests of protesters. He remains in hiding, sources said.

Brelo was the only police officer charged out of 13, none of them Black, that gunned down unarmed Blacks Malissa Williams and Timothy Russell in 2012 while slinging 137 bullets.

On Tuesday, the Rev Dr. Jawanza Colvin, senior pastor at Olivet, and officials of the Greater Cleveland Congregations led over a thousand people in a downtown rally at the Justice Center relative to the unjust verdict and what they said are racist and bias police policies and practices perpetuated through malfeasance and heightened police brutality and police murder against the Black community. Also at issue, said Colvin, is systemic problems in the legal system in general.

Other high profile Cleveland police murder cases include Tanisha Anderson, 12-year-old Tamir Rice, Daniel Ficker, and Kenneth Smith.

O'Donnell, who is White and a documented thief who has stolen a wealth of homes from county residents for crooked judges and other corrupt elected officials, county officials and banks and mortgage companies such as JPMorgan Chase Bank, is currently under investigation by authorities for his role in a multi-million dollar scheme of theft of county homes via illegal foreclosures. Other thieves involved relative to the public corruption include University Heights police and University Heights Mayor Susan Infeld, chief foreclosure magistrate Stephen Bucha and his attorney wife of the law firm of Lerner, Sampson and Rothfuss, and Shaker Heights Municipal Court Judge K.J. Montgomery, who has Blacks that complain of the theft maliciously prosecuted in her court.

CLEVELAND, Ohio- Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas Judge John O'Donnell, who last week issued a bench verdict acquitting White Cleveland police officer Michael Brelo of two counts of voluntary manslaughter for gunning down unarmed Blacks Malissa Williams and Timothy Russell with 49 bullets in  2012, has fled the state, sources say. (Editor's note : The 12 other non Black police officers that did the shooting, replete with a total of 137 bullets, were not prosecuted per the support of county prosecutor Tim McGinty, and Ohio Attorney General Mike Dewine, both White, and both endorsed by local and state police unions).

"He is on the run because he is a corrupt and racist coward," said a local community activist on condition of anonymity. "He nearly ran to his car when he issued the verdict on Saturday morning and he did not come out of the front door of the Justice Center where we were picketing."

Protests have been ongoing since the verdict, which Congresswoman Marcia Fudge has objected to as stunning, and over 71 protesters have been arrested for skirmishes with police in riot gear.

"The decision of Judge John P. O'Donnell to free officer Michael Brelo is a stunning setback on the road to justice for Timothy Russell and Malissa Williams, and the people of Cleveland," said Fudge, a licensed attorney who leads Ohio's 11th congressional district, which is predominantly Black and includes the city of Cleveland. "The verdict is another chilling reminder of the broken relationship between the Cleveland Police Department and the community it serves."

A Warrensville Heights Democrat who is Black, Fudge said also that "my heart goes out to the families of Timothy Russell and Malissa Williams, and to the entire city of Cleveland."

An investigation reveals that O'Donnell, who is White, took a vacation out of guilt and fear, and after allegedly promising police before the verdict that he would clear Brelo. He lost a bid last year as the Democratic candidate seeking to unseat Republican Ohio Supreme Court Justice Judi French.

Brelo chose O'Donnell to hear the manslaughter case in lieu of a jury, even after unsuccessfully asking Ohio Supreme Court Chief Justice Maureen O'Connor to remove him from the case for bias and corruption. That, say community activists, suggest that O'Donnell, a documented thief who has stolen a wealth of homes from county residents for crooked judges and other elected officials, county officials and banks and mortgage companies such as JPMorgan Chase Bank, could have cut a deal. (Editor's note: Public records that the theft of county residents homes by O'Donnell in fake foreclosure cases he illegally presides over with no plaintiffs in the cases to steal the homes for a fourth of a value for JPMorgan Chase Bank and others also involves, among a host of others, chief foreclosure magistrate Stephen Bucha, Bucha's attorney wife who is employed with the law firm of Lerner, Sampson and Rothfuss, corrupt University Heights Mayor Susan InFeld, and her corrupt sidekick of Shaker Heights Judge K.J. Montgomery. Data show that Montgomery, who is White like Infeld, Bucha and Bucha's corrupt wife, has Blacks that complain over the theft maliciously prosecuted. All of the culprits are Democrats and key operatives of the Cuyahoga County Democratic Party).

Cleveland is a largely Black major American city, and is the second largest city in Ohio next to Columbus.

Cuyahoga County, which includes the city of Cleveland, is the largest of Ohio's 88 counties and is roughly 29 percent Black.

CLEVELAND, Ohio- Corrupt, racist and crazy Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas Judge John O'Donnell on Saturday morning, May 23, read his verdict to a packed courtroom in the Cleveland police officer Michael Brelo manslaughter trial and freed him on all charges, namely two counts of voluntary manslaughter for shooting and killing two unarmed Black suspects two and a half years ago.

By Saturday night police in riot gear had arrested some 71 protesters, mainly in downtown Cleveland, and on charges primarily of  of obstruction of justice and resisting arrest, many for scrimmages with police.

"It came down at 10 am this morning and they are protesting now," said local community activist Art McKoy, who has led rallies with other activist leaders calling for a conviction of Brelo, whom defense counsel, Cleveland Police Patrolmen's Association legal counsel Patrick D' Angelo, and Cleveland attorney Fernando Mack, who is Black, said feared for his life at the time of the killing in 2012.

Brelo cried and hugged D'Angelo after the verdict, a verdict that many in the greater Cleveland Black community watching the saga said they were expecting due to intrinsic racism against Blacks in the legal system, and the routine privilege afforded to White cops that erroneously kill Black people with impunity.

McKoy said that protesting will be ongoing. Other activists are just as upset and believe, as McKoy does, that Brelo and the other 12 officers at issue are guilty. O'Donnell's controversial verdict, which was written last week, says that all 13 of the police officers, especially Brelo, are innocent.

"Judge O'Donnell is corrupt, racist, crazy and  sexist, and will protect White cops that gun down innocent Blacks, or that subject us to harassment and other police brutality in general,  at any cost," said Kathy Wray Coleman, who leads the Imperial Women Coalition.

"Community activists should now legally picket this corrupt, racist scum bag of a judge at work and at his home," said Coleman.

A journalist who trained for 17 years at the Call and Post Newspaper in Cleveland, Ohio and who now edits Cleveland Urban News.Com, Coleman has led rallies around what has come to be known as the 137 shots case. Last week, O'Donnell sent six University Heights cops to Coleman's home in University Heights, a Cleveland suburb,  to stalk her and to gun her down before the verdict pointing rifles and guns. And when she got away safely, and without anybody getting hurt, he had corrupt Shaker Heights Judge K.J. Montgomery, a Democratic friend of his, and of  county prosecutor Tim McGinty, and police, harass her further, data show.

Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson, who is Black, and area Black clergy, led by United Pastors in Mission president the Rev Larry Harris,  had called for calm after the verdict when community activists would not.

Brelo, 32-years-old and White like O'Donnell, gunned down unarmed Blacks Malissa Williams and Timothy Russell  in 2012. He fired 49 of the 137 shots that a total of 13 non-Black Cleveland cops fired to gun down the homeless couple. The other 12 went free of prosecution with support of prosecutor McGinty and Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine, both of whom are White, and both of whom are endorsed by local and state police unions.

Brelo is on administrative leave from the job without pay. Whether he will return to work with back pay remains to be seen.

O'Donnell said that he could not find beyond a reasonable doubt that the 49 shots Brelo fired killed Williams or Russell, whom 104 cops ultimately pursued following a car chase that began in downtown Cleveland on November 29, 2012 and ended in neighboring East Cleveland, an impoverished Black suburb of Cleveland. Prosecutors argued at trial that Brelo is guilty, even if the other 12 officers that did the shooting were not charged., a posture that many in the Black community that are upset over the verdict  have also taken

Polices said later that Russell's car may have backfired and that they mistakenly believed that it was a gun shot, and that that precipitated the high speed car chase. Others have said that the shooting deaths were just a racist police ambush. The 13 killer cops proceeded to shoot and kill Russell and Williams, even though supervisors told them to back off, and the others, including some Black cops, complied.

The city settled a wrongful death lawsuit for $3 million to be split between the two families.

The civil litigation lawyer for the Malissa Williams family, David Malik, had called for calm. But attorney Terry Gilbert, who represents the estate of Russell, did not.

Brelo chose O'Donnell to hear the case in lieu of a jury, even after unsuccessfully asking Ohio Supreme Court Chief Justice Maureen O'Connor to remove him from the case for bias and corruption. That, say community activists, suggest that O'Donnell, a documented thief who has stolen a wealth of homes from county residents for crooked judges and other elected officials, county officials and banks and mortgage companies such as JPMorgan Chase Bank, could have cut a deal.

Also charged via county grand jury indictments were five White police supervisors, but on second degree misdemeanor charges of dereliction of duty. They have all pleaded not guilty and are sergeants Patricia Coleman, Randolph Daley, Jason Edens, Michael Donegan and Lt.Paul Wilson. And all of them are still employed and on the job.

UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS, Ohio-  Brelo trial Judge John O'Donnell tried to steal the $140,000 University Heights home of community activist and longtime journalist Kathy Wray Coleman to hand to JPMorgan Chase Bank under a fake name for $36,000, without Chase suing, and even though its frivolous case against her was voluntarily dismissed in 2010 by common pleas Judge Carolyn Friedland at Chase's request (Editor's note: Michael Brelo is on trial before corrupt Judge O'Donnell and faces two counts of manslaughter for gunning down unarmed Blacks Malissa Williams and Timothy Russell  in 2012. He fired 49 of the 137 shots that a total of 13 non-Black Cleveland cops fired to gun down the homeless couple).

O'Donnell, however, ran into trouble when the county sheriff would not cooperate and put Coleman out of her home due to the public corruption, and O'Donnell, on May 15, said Coleman, had University Heights police come to gun her down as she was repairing the property after a fire at the home in 2013.

The illegalities at the home by police came even though she was never evicted, though Chase and police, last November, stole most of her belongings from the home, including a $20,000 collector's car, data show.

University Heights is a majority Jewish Cleveland suburb that is roughly 20 percent Black, and is middle class. But the mayor and police are corrupt, data show, not to mention county foreclosure magistrate Stephen Bucha, and his wife of the still-your-home Lerner, Sampson and Rothfuss law firm . They all reign in racist University Heights, data show.

"We are not getting involved because this case was dismissed by Judge Friedland," said Matthew Carroll late last year on behalf of the then Cuyahoga County executive Ed FitzGerald , who appointed the sheriff along with the 11-member county council under the current county governance structure.

In a case with no plaintiff or mortgage company, O'Donnell tried to hand the home to DBA Sales Inc, which is really Chase Bank, public records reveal, and though he had no authority or jurisdiction after Friedland had dismissed the case involving Chase as a frivolous plaintiff in 2010. And the case he is using to harass Coleman, has no mortgage company or even a plaintiff (See Cuyahoga County Case No. CV03505359)  (Also, See  Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas Court Case No. CV10732999 for Friedland's dismissal, which was requested by Chase).

Also, Chase had no interest in the home and Coleman owns it outright, data show, because when it bought the loan in 2005 it had no notary, Ohio's Attorney General Mike DeWine has said. Coleman rejected a request by Chase to give up the home to them in a settlement, she said.

Coleman, who is Black and leads the grassroots group the Imperial Women Coalition, said that O'Donnell is mentally unstable, and is also retaliating for rallies she has led relative to the 2012 137 shots shooting for which Brelo is being charged.

"This judge, O'Donnell, if you will,  is corrupt, and seemingly mentally unhinged," said Coleman. "He is obsessed with strong  Black women, and is  a crook in the highest form."

The corruption in general runs deep, public records show, a multi-million dollar theft of county homes project that wreaks of public  corruption, from foreclosure fraud, to  judicial case fixing, to malicious prosecutions of those that complain, mainly Blacks.

Coleman said that Congresswoman Marcia Fudge met with her and is aware of the corruption and that she also met with the office of Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur. Also, she said that U.S. Sen Sherrod Brown's office has been involved. All three are aware of the public corruption, said Coleman , and she has repeatedly asked them and Black leaders, including the Cleveland NAACP, for help for herself, and for a host of  others. She said that she met with Kaptur's office for almost two hours.

The fire claim check of $75, 000 relative to the 2013 fire at the home  is in both her and Chase's name, documents reveal. And Chase has tried to steal that money too, the activist said.

Coleman says that O'Donnell has stalked and sexually harassed her for 12 years. She said that he sent rifle toting White University Heights police onto her property last week because the sheriff's office would not cooperate. The team of at least five White cops, said Coleman, pointed rifles and guns, said get that nigger, and then tried to gun her down for O'Donnell, though she got away safely. She says that Chase, and sometimes police, have broken into the home at least seven times,as far back as 2010, and before the 2013 home fire,  usually before she is about to lead a rally.

"These macho White ignorant cops need to slow down and these corrupt White judges are ruining the community," Coleman told Cleveland Urban News.Com, Ohio's leading Black digital newspaper.

Public records reveal that Coleman had paid on the house for nine years, never refinanced, and was not three months behind as required by FHA law. She said that O'Donnell, A Democrat, stalked her in part because of articles she had written  that were published in the Call and Post Newspaper that the county Democratic party and the Ohio Education Association objected to as pro Republican, and that that is part of the reason they tried to steal her home.

Coleman trained at the Call and Post, a Black Cleveland weekly,  for 17 years, and says that she has been investigating public corruption relative to the theft of homes of county residents for more than a decade. She now edits Cleveland Urban News.Com, Ohio's leader in Black digital news. They want her in jail on trumped up charges, she says, to try to discredit her investigative work, and to stop her community activism.
