Activists want state legislative changes, conscent decrees for police reforms in suburban Cleveland with the US Department of Justice, and conscent decrees for court reforms in every mayor's court, municipal court and the court of common pleas of Cuyahoga County, Ohio's second largest county which includes the largely Black city of Cleveland and is roughly 29 percent Black.

Following the picket Judge Nancy Margaret Russo will hold a hearing at 11 am, also on Dec 11, in her courtroom of 18 C to address complaints of indictment fixing and police and other malfeasance with University Heights police on hand, cops that have stalked and harassed Black women residents, Black people in general and activists who have stood up against police killings of innocent Blacks across Cuyahoga County.

The University Hts police at issue are led led by University Hts Police Sgt Dale Orians, a vicious White cop whom activists want investigated, indicted and prosecuted for stalking Black women residents and community activists who complain of housing theft by county and local officials via illegal foreclosures involving JPMorgan Chase Bank and others, and documented felony theft of the property of Black residents, among other alleged crimes.
